The Parents' Weekend Committee is made up of twenty-five members, and is composed of a team of nine execs and five subcommittees. These groups work all year to make Parents' Weekend a success.

Barbeque
This subcommittee is in charge of running the Bevo Burn BBQ. Event planning, BBQ team relations, and scheduling entertainment are some of their responsibilities.
Marketing
Marketing is responsible for promoting Parents' Weekend throughout campus and organizing Push Weeks in the Spring and Fall to advertise for the weekend. T-shirt design and sales are also part of this subcommittee's responsibilities.
POTY
The Parents of The Year subcommittee get to interact with the current POTY. They help organize POTY Weekend, consisting of Midnight Yell and the POTY Banquet.
Events and Social
In order to promote leadership, teamwork strong group unity we plan many events for committee members. The events and social members plan and organize the various events such as these.
Hosts
The Hosts are workers who help on the actual Weekend in order to provide extra help in the setup, running and production of Parents' Weekend. Some of their main responsibilities include staffing the Bevo Burn BBQ . If you are interested in being a host, please contact the BBQ co-chairs.
